I found that individually and as a team, Star Outdoor was great. The team welcomed me to come and see a sample of the product, despite the inconvenience of fitting into my schedule and the time required by the staff to erect a 3x6m marquee. When we were close to a final design, Sarah seemed as excited and happy as I was by the result. Sarah made me feel my business mattered as much to her as it does to me. When my marquee was delivered, Chris accepted 3 phone calls, and stayed on speakerphone as he talked me through the correct way to erect my marquee. He gave freely of his time, and made me feel as if I mattered to him. In short, my experience with Star Outdoor was easy, professional, addressed my needs and made me feel valued.
