Star Outdoor has always been active in the community, supporting many worthwhile causes. As well as helping our customers achieve their business goals, we are passionate about giving back to the community and being a part of some inspirational initiatives:

 Tour de Cure

Star Outdoor has been a proud supporter of Tour de Cure since its inception. We have a personal understanding of how cancer affects individuals and families from all walks of life. Mark Star has participated in two Tour de Cures and cycled over 2,600km to help raise over $10,000,000 to help find a cure for cancer. Visit www.tourdecure.com.au for more information.

Surf Life Saving Queensland

Surf Life Saving Queensland (SLSQ) is that state’s peak beach safety and rescue authority and is one of the largest volunteer-based community service organisations in Australia. SLSQ have accepted Star Outdoor as its preferred Marquee and Outdoor Event Branding provider. We donate a number of sun protection and promotion products for use at SLSQ events throughout the year.

Little Lifesavers

We were also welcomed as an official community partner of Little Lifesavers. Every year children across Queensland take to the water to learn vital beach safety skills as part of SLSQ Little Lifesavers program. NASCA — National Aboriginal Sporting Chance Academy
