Shipping Policy

Our non-printed products that are in stock will be dispatched one to two business days after an order has been placed and payment has been received.

Our custom printed products have varying production times. In the product pages FAQ section it states the approximate turnaround time on your product(s). This timeframe begins once we have received sign-off for your artwork proof and payment has been made.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

When confirming your order, please include the best contact name, phone number, and email address so that we are able to effectively communicate the tracking details of the order and complete the delivery.

Meeting our customer’s due dates is one of our top priorities, however, there are many aspects out of our control such as shipping. We use third party freight companies and therefore, we cannot guarantee that a customer’s due date aligns with their shipping ETA’s. As such, Star Outdoor does not accept liability for any missed due dates, nor do we accept any refund requests based on this premise.

Furthermore, Star Outdoor does not hold liability for:

  • Damages to products sustained during transit,
  • Products lost by 3rd party shipping companies
  • Any damages, loss or injuries caused by a product arriving late, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
