    Custom printed canopies take 2-3 weeks from the date of payment and artwork approval. Our range of stock colour canopies are available for immediate dispatch from our warehouse for when you have urgent event deadlines.

    Certainly! The fabric you choose depends on how you clean them however, all our umbrellas are able to be cleaned for regular maintenance. Our PVC fabric is the easiest to clean. Contact us for advice.

    Our Star Outdoor water weights are a great option for our EventStar Umbrellas as they are easily portable and can be filled up with water wherever you are.

    It is our intention for our umbrellas to be purchased in conjunction with their corresponding safety equipment. This means weight to hold it down! We strongly recommend at least 20kg of weight per umbrella, however, this is subject to conditions. Contact us for a copy of the engineer grade weight recommendation report.

    Unfortunately, Star Outdoor do not offer a hiring service.

    The size of the marquee depends on the number of guests and the type of event. As a general guideline our 3mx3m marquees can fit 16 people standing up. Consult with Star Outdoor to determine the best size based on your specific needs.

    Yes, marquees are designed for easy transport and storage. The lightweight Classic 32 marquee can be dissembled by two people. The frame collapses down to a small footprint and can be placed in a wheeled carry bag along with the canopy keeping it safe and clean and ready for your next use. However, Deluxe 40 marquees may require more people for dissembling.

    While choosing the marquee, you have to keep a few things in mind, like the event size, location, and conditions. Considerations should include what activities you have planned and what the main purpose of your marquee will be. For example, is it an area for greeting customers, distributing samples or, as a shaded rest area away from the sun? Consult with Star Outdoor to help you choose the best marquee for your specific requirements for a corporate event.

    Marquees come in two different models with optional additional extras to suit different events and purposes. Star Outdoor offers the Classic 32 marquee and the Deluxe 40 marquee. Optional marquee extras include clear walls, weights, bags, and cases . Each model offers a range of sizes with varying capacities to accommodate specific event needs.

    Setting up a custom marquee typically takes 5 minutes for smaller sizes and around 10 minutes for larger ones. Marquees come with easy-to-follow instructions and the Classic 32 can be set up with just two people. The Deluxe 40 marquee is heavier and may require additional hands for setup.

    Branded custom marquees come in a variety of sizes to suit different needs. Sizes available are 1.8mx1.8m, 3mx3m, 3mx4.5m, 3mx6m, and 3mx8m. Custom sizes can also be arranged to fit specific event requirements, providing flexibility for any outdoor space.

    Yes, you can get a custom marquee with your company logo. This customisation helps in promoting your brand effectively at events. Star Outdoor offer various printing options including screen print and dye sublimation to display your logo and branding cearly and prominently.
